You think you don’t have time to cook a healthy nutritious meal? Think again! With this easy, nutrient packed recipe you’ll save time and impress your dinner guests.

Eating healthy is a very simple and effective way of improving your lifestyle. Just cutting out “unhealthy” foods is not the only thing you can do. Try some of my recipes and you’ll soon find out that eating healthy makes you feel energised, fitter and better!

So here we go, this super easy recipe only takes you about 5 minutes and you’ll be ready to rock!

Ingredients:

  • Some vegetables (whatever you have  in the fridge or try some frozen Asian stir fry vegetables from the freezer section)
  • 1 Onion (optional, don’t worry if you don’t have it)
  • 2 Cloves of garlic (optional, don’t worry if you don’t have it)
  • Firm tofu or 1 chicken breast (or any other meat such as pork or beef. I prefer to leave out red meat but that’s me)
  • 1 Stir fry pan or a frying pan
  • Olive Oil or butter

Method:

  • Chop up garlic and onion and fry in pan in butter or oil
  • While the above is browning in the pan, chop up your vege and protein (tofu or chicken)
  • Add protein to the pan and toss around until nearly done
  • Then add your chopped up vege and toss all around (I prefer tossing it around to leave the structure of the vege and protein)
  • Tadaaaa… your meal is finished!
  • TIP: Cook a double portion and take the rest for lunch tomorrow

Enjoy 🙂
