I love lifting weights in the gym, but after a fun weekend in the Grampians and 23K steps and 100 flights of stairs, my legs didn’t quite feel like their usual training routine.

So instead of doing my usual leg workout, I changed things up and focused on “the accesory stuff”. Which bascially means for me to focus ont he smaller muscle groups that don’t always get enough attention. In this workout my focus is on glutes and biceps, or buns and guns.

WARMUP 3 ROUNDS
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Squats 
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Frogger Hip Thrusts 
20 Sit Ups
NO REST -> REPEAT

After a warm up, here’s what I did:

4 ROUNDS SUPERSET
12 Kettlebell swings 
12 Sumo squats

4 ROUNDS SUPERSET
10 Reverse lunges 
20 Hyperextensions on bench
20 Froggies 

4 ROUNDS SUPSERSET 
10 Seated bicep curls
12 Cable curls 

FINISHER 3 ROUNDS
