Personalised One on One Training

If you want to get fit, learn boxing or have fun while working out we should meet! With my background in boxing and functional fitness I can help you reach your goals whether you are after weight loss, want to improve muscle tone or simply feel more energised, my sessions will get you what you need to reach your goals. Offering personal one on one session as small group training at Muscle Hut, 19 Premier Cct Warana. My training sessions are fun yet effective and can include:

  • Boxing and Kickboxing
  • Cardio and HIIT
  • Functional Fitness
  • Battle Ropes, Kettlebells and Bodyweight Exercises
  • Mobility, Yoga, Stretching


1 hour personal training $75

45 minutes personal training $50 

30 minutes personal training $35

My Philosophy

Everybody is different and trains differently. My philosophy includes a whole body approach with focusing on teaching you the tricks to staying focused and determined. I combine proven exercises used by athletes to create highly-effective whole-body workouts that burn fat, build strength, and improve stamina, flexibility and coordination.
